Marketplace Role
Highway One provides marketplace, showroom, inventory presentation, and lead generation services for collector and specialty vehicles. Vehicle sales, condition representations, pricing, taxes, title, registration, transport, and final transaction terms remain the responsibility of the applicable buyer, seller, and dealer.
Inventory and Content
Dealers and sellers are responsible for ensuring that submitted or synchronized inventory information is accurate, lawful, current, and complete. Highway One may edit, normalize, cache, host, or remove marketplace content to operate and improve the service.
Leads and Communications
Users who submit interest forms authorize Highway One to process their contact details and share relevant lead information with the applicable dealer or seller for follow-up.
Dealer Agreements
Dealer-specific permissions, inventory synchronization rights, lead generation terms, and membership fees may be governed by a separate dealer agreement, order form, or written fee schedule.
