This special 2015 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R was purchased new by Ford Vice President of Design, Moray Callum, who is responsible for many groundbreaking designs. The car has a 5.2-liter flat-plane crank V8 engine producing 526hp, a 6-speed manual transmission, and features the Technology Package with radio and air conditioning. It is also the first major production car to utilize carbon fiber wheels.

The Shelby GT350 was born when Carroll Shelby worked with Ford to modify Mustang bodies for performance, creating a street machine capable on the track. The new Shelby GT350 was announced in 2015, honoring the famous moniker established in 1965.
